Current Rates & Fees
At North East Sailboats Delivery, we provide clear and transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
Crew Rates
Captain: from $435 per day
First Mate / Deckhand: $240 per day
Provisions
$60 per day, per crew member (food and water while aboard)
Rates may vary depending on location and availability.
Travel & Transportation
The vessel owner covers round-trip travel costs for the crew.
Transportation may include rental car + fuel, Amtrak/train, Uber/Lyft/taxi, bus, or airfare — whichever is most practical.
Travel is calculated from our base of operations in Central Florida to your vessel’s departure point, and back from the final destination.
Accommodations
If the vessel does not have suitable berths for the crew, the owner will cover hotel or motel expenses as well as transportation to and from lodging.
Accommodations may also be required during crew travel to or from the vessel.
Fuel & Consumables
All fuel, oil, and consumables used during the trip are the responsibility of the vessel owner.
A credit card or deposit is required in advance to cover expected fuel costs.
If the owner is not onboard, arrangements must be made to pay for fuel and dockage in their absence.
Dockage Fees
Paid directly by the vessel owner — we do not add any surcharge.
While we prefer to anchor when safe and appropriate, marina fees may apply depending on location and conditions.
Port & Transit Fees
Any port fees, transit costs, or customs/harbor charges are the responsibility of the vessel owner.
